Jana Kiralj Lacković, Croatia

Jana Kiralj Lacković, PhD, teaches environmental psychology and research methods at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Agriculture. With experience in international projects on resilience and community integration, she now explores how values, environmental identity, and everyday experiences connect to well-being. Passionate about advancing environmental psychology in Croatia, she strives to better understand the relationships between people and their physical environments.

Namita Narula, India

Namita Narula is an ICSSR Doctoral Fellow at Banaras Hindu University, India, specializing in social and health psychology. She has published in esteemed peer-reviewed journals and presented award-winning research at national and international conferences. Her work integrates rigorous methodological approaches with practical insights from direct field engagement, demonstrating proficiency in data analysis and a nuanced understanding of psychosocial research.

Kumsal İpek Oker, Türkiye

Kumsal İpek Oker is a PhD student in Traffic and Transportation Psychology and a Research Assistant at the Department of Psychology, Middle East Technical University, Turkiye. After completing her Master’s in Cognitive Psychology, she focused her doctoral research on the cognitive aspects of road user behavior. Her work centers on human factors in traffic, aggressive driving, driver attention, safety culture, and she has participated in national and international projects in these areas.

Sarita Sapkota, Nepal

Ph.D. candidate in psychology at Tribhuvan University with 8+ years’ experience in social, abnormal, and industrial-organizational psychology. Published in peer-reviewed journals and international conferences on mental health, suicidality, and psychosocial issues. Dedicated to advancing applied psychology through research, community engagement, and global collaboration.
