Team Members

Vikas Kumar, India

Vikas Kumar is a Ph.D. scholar in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at BITS Pilani, Rajasthan, India, where his research focuses on Socio-Emotional Learning and Subjective Well-Being among tribal students. With an academic foundation in Statistics, Social Work, and Lifelong Learning, he employs an interdisciplinary approach to applied psychology. He has been selected as a team member of ARTS 2026, contributing to the project “Social Identity, Pro-Environmental Action, Culture, and Social Contexts” led by Prof. Pallavi Ramanathan.

Judit Llopis, Spain

My name is Judit Llopis Barca. I'm a psychogerontologist with experience in nursing homes and day care centers, where I have worked to promote the social and emotional well-being of older adults. I am currently in my second year as a PhD student and have participated in national and international conferences. I am particularly interested in how social connections, identity, and cultural context influence quality of life and active aging

Suyash Mishra, India

I am a research scholar in the area of Humanities and Social Sciences at Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore. Working in the area of Social Psychology, with working proficiency in quantitative analysis using R. Looking to work on how groups and people construe their ingroup in case of multiple social identification in plural societies and ramifications it has for various social issues.

Sarah Lily Resanovich, United Kingdom

Sarah Lily Resanovich is a Psychology PhD student in the Centre for the Study of Group Processes at the University of Kent, funded by a Graduate Teaching Assistant Scholarship. Her research explores the effect of leadership and identity on environmental behaviour change in groups, environmental leadership development, and the relationship between knowledge and social-psychological factors in environmental behaviour change. In addition to PhD work, she is a Managing Editor at the journal, Group Processes and Intergroup Relations, and the Manager of GroupLab
