I am a second-year PhD student at BITS Pilani, India, with research interests in job insecurity and social connectedness. My doctoral work focuses on identifying factors that shape job insecurity perceptions among the Indian private sector workers. I am also examining the dynamics of social connectedness in the Indian context
Dina Panahian Fard, Germany
Dina is an applied psychologist with an MSc in Psychology of Evaluation and Assessment from the University of Luxembourg. She is passionate about cultural and personality psychology and about meaningful approaches to their assessment. She joins the IAAP ARTS team investigating turnover motivations, leadership styles, and workplace retention across cultures.
Anjali Malik, India
Anjali is an actress, author of Bloom, and a psychologist pursing PhD in Psychology. Her work bridges research and practice with focus on well-being and mental health.
Santiago Renedo, Spain
Santiago Renedo Pérez is a PhD candidate in Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Seville. His research explores the negotiation of idiosyncratic deals (i-deals) in SMEs, focusing on power dynamics, diversity, and inclusion. He currently teaches Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Psychology at the University of Seville
