Fatih Akyuz, Hungary/ Türkiye
Fatih Akyüz, originally from Türkiye, PhD candidate in Psychology at Eötvös Loránd University, Budapest. I study how young people living abroad form and negotiate romantic relationships, the challenges and support they encounter, and the role of cultural backgrounds and values in these processes. I am passionate about understanding how life abroad expands our ways of being, acting, and relating, and how these experiences affect the need for affiliation, intimacy, and well-being in today’s interconnected world.
Netra Bhatia, India
Netra is a PhD scholar at BITS Pilani, India and a practicing Counselling Psychologist. Her work explores the intersection of maladaptive personality traits, psychological resources and the therapeutic role in predicting recovery outcomes in rehabilitation context. Netra also have experience counselling diverse populations including children, young adults, and inmates in Tihar Jail.
Maryam Khan, Poland
Maryam Khan is a PhD scholar at SWPS University, Wroclaw Campus, Poland. Her research focuses on mindsets and core life attributes such as trust and emotions
Dominika Matavovszky, Hungary
I am a psychologist and a fourth-year PhD student at Eötvös Loránd University in Hungary. My academic interests focus on emerging adulthood among university students. Given the socio-psychological, cultural, and developmental dimensions of this topic, my goal is to explore the connections between social processes, developmental changes, and common psychological characteristics of this age group. This project offers me an excellent opportunity to collaborate internationally with colleagues who share similar interests.

Tim Voorbij holds a Master’s in Social Challenges, Policy, and Interventions from Utrecht University, with a strong foundation in interdisciplinary social sciences and honors-level achievement. I am committed to delivering scientific results that genuinely serve the people they’re meant for. My work focuses on addressing global challenges at their root, uniting analytical precision with creativity to build impactful, sustainable solutions.
