The New Baldwin Corridor Coalition is a network of government, business, labor, education, and community organizations. The network works to bring about social and economic change required to create and sustain a twenty- first century industrial community. During its ten year existence, the network has attained recognition in the community for its unique role in identifying and focusing attention on crucial broad issues, for bringing a systemic perspective to dealing with socio-economic development, and for its capacity to convene, design, and manage events and activities that affect organization and system development. This presentation will emphasize the continuous use of data in the Action Research strategy followed to bring about change.
