THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN 360 DEGREE FEEDBACK AND ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS

This study review the literature from 1985 to the present via online search from SSCI, EBSCOHOST database. All studies involved the relationship between 360-degree programs and organizational effectiveness. The effectiveness criteria chosen were group and individual performance. The studies were summarized and results were presented in tables. It seems that the program is effective for many areas but some cautions were necessary for implementation.
