UNDERSTANDING THE ANTECEDENTS AND OUTCOMES OF IT-RELATED WORK PERFORMANCE

The aim of the current study was to examine some of the antecedents and outcomes of information technology related work performance. A questionnaire was constructed and mailed to employees at a Swedish company. The findings showed interaction effects of personality variables and perceptions of organizational factors on IT-related work performance.
