THE THEATER METAPHOR TO ANALYZE ORGANIZATIONS

4 This paper uses the metaphor of the theater to describe organizations that set strategies, goals, and objectives and establish a vision for the future. It also analyzes how are the values of the organization molded by the relationships that human beings shape in an informal network, while shaping the behavior of those whom follows the leader. It proposes the idea that organizations can develop learning programs to create in every individual a mimetic desire to become the leader of the organization, and it also suggests that technologies play a primordial role in organizational behavior. Finally, it generates some conclusions that derive from the analysis
