THE RELATION OF THE LIFE COURSE PROSPECT AND AUTONOMY

The problem of increase of part-time is becoming serious in Japan. Part- time population amount to more than three millions. The background of these phenomenon is not only the depression but increase of life course choices because of diversification of a sense of values. The course guidance in educational field need the psychological theory and a guidance specialist who can advice a way of living. This research reports about the relation of the life course prospect and autonomy which is measured by the Prospective Motivation of Life course Scale: PMLS. PMLS was made out in conformity with Self-determination theory(E.L.Deci,1980). People who keep high autonomy of Life course prospective tend to hope of traditional course, to make much of private life and to make much of private life and to have an unshakable prospective of Life Course.
