The dispositional nature of the time-management, time management disposition is the time-related individual difference. The present study was to explore the construct of time management disposition. Based on the previous study and our preliminary investigation. Time Management Disposition Scale was made. According to the results of 1207 students by exploratory factor analysis. Time Management Disposition Scale consisted of three subscales, the subscales incorporated 44 items. The first subscale was associated with the time value, which included social-oriented and individual-oriented time value. The second subscale was about time control awareness included time management mechanics such as goals, planning, priorities, time allocation, and feedback. Time efficacy, the third subscale included efficacy of time management and efficacy of time management behaviors. The confirmatory factor analysis was used to verify the construct validity with the result of other 507 students. Based on the hypothesized model, two unconstrained models were made. In comparison with the unconstrained models, the goodness of fit of the hypothesized model were better than others. The factor structures of Time Management Questionnaire, Time Management Behavior Scale and Time Structure Questionnaire, were consistent with it of Time management Disposition Scale, it indicated the Time Management Disposition Scale had the content validity. The reliability analysis provided Cronbach ( and test-retest correlation. Overall Time Management Disposition Scale were sufficiently reliable for further use as research instruments.
