Subjects are 849 elementary school students. First of all, the free description survey concerning the anger coping behavior in anger scene was executed and 35 items as the Anger Coping Scale for Children were collected. As a result of item analysis and factor analysis, the Anger Coping Scale for Children consisted of four sub-scales (attack, help, escape, suppression) was developed. By using this scale, the results revealed as follows. (1) As a result of ANOVA, the escape behavior in anger scene decreases significantly as the school year goes up. (2) As a result of ANOVA, boys often take the attack behavior in anger scene and girls often take the help behavior. (3) The child with high anger level often takes the attack behavior in anger scene.
