EDUCATION FOR WELL BEING: EFFECTIVENESS OF EDUCATION METHODS ON HIV/AIDS IN NIGERIA

For an individual or a society to be functional epidemic of diseases must be minimal in human existence. HIV/AIDS is an epidemic in Africa, Nigeria inclusive. Thousands of people, of all ages, are dying by day. In Nigeria a generation gap in life span will be created if the death of the 18-30 years Nigerians by AIDS was not curtailed. Effort is being made by the government at all levels to educate people on HIV/AIDS. This study is aimed at analyzing the effectiveness of the means of educating people on HIV/AIDS among children/adults, female/females, based on the moral and urban locations. The result of the study will be used for making a proposal to the local government authority, state government ministries of health, and, non-governmental organizations for more appropriate ways of educating the public on HIV/AIDS in Nigeria!
