This symposium is intended to link certified knowledge to labor markets, by giving a general outlook
about young psychologist's dilemmas when they look for employment or research funding in  specific
areas of Applied Psychology. The aim is to create networking systems with practitioners to favor
their involvement in actual projects and positions. The prestige of our profession is also linked
to the recruitment and training of new graduates and not only to the record of advanced research
activities. Applied psychology is, at the same time, a field of scientific and technological
research as well as a source of expert knowledge and stable jobs.
